Miss J:
It’s interesting to hear all of the reasons women choose to do a boudoir session. I often hear reasons not to do the photoshoot consisting of “well, I don’t have anyone to give them to” or feeling like there has to be a reason more than “I want to.” I’m here to tell you now that you wanting to do a session is the only “reason” you need.
When Miss J reached out to me, she said, “After a major life event (divorce after 25 yrs of marriage) several years ago I have been on a journey of loving myself…accepting myself with where I am…loving my body and have been thinking of doing a session.”
She did the session & it was magical getting to celebrate her!

“I had so much fun shopping for lingerie. It’s not something in routinely invest in, but I loved doing it. Amour is just such a favorite. My absolute favorite part though was being able to do everything in one day. It’s like Cassie knows that life is busy, especially for us women. Babies, careers, everyone has needs. It was great to spend one day on myself but also then get the immediate gratification of seeing the images and planning the album before I left.
