When I get the chance, I like combining my Facebook’s “What She Said Wednesday” weekly post (okay, sometimes I skip a week or two..) with my blog. That way you get to put words to the photos of the ladies who wrote them. Most of my WSSW’s come from answers to a survey that I sent clients after they receive all of their products.
Today I get to feature a lovely bride along with her answers to the survey. If you’re wondering what a boudoir session is like, I find it’s best to ask the women who have done it. Hope this gives you a little bit of insight. 🙂
| Tell how you felt about your pictures | I am in love with my photos! I am typically a comfy, dressed down kind of girl. It was fun to get more dramatic makeup done and go outside of my comfort zone a bit. Cassie did a phenomenal job capturing my own personality and parts of my body I love, while knowing just the right ways to help me feel more comfortable and confident throughout the entire shoot. I never thought I could look that sexy and beautiful – I am extremely pleased with the final product! |
| Tell your favorite part(s) of your experience | The best part of my experience was learning how to pose by body in flattering ways and feeling confident in myself. Having such wonderful photos made it difficult to pick which photos to include in my album and polaroids! |
| …your LEAST favorite part(s) of the experience | My least favorite part of the experience was just my own nerves! Don’t get in your own way, stay relaxed and enjoy your time in the spotlight. |
| What are your thoughts on your final photos/product? | I am in love with my album and polaroid photos. They were the perfect gifts to give my fiance in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Cassie did a wonderful job explaining the layout of the album, had tons of suggestions for which photos may work well together, and was helpful in choosing which photos to crop for polaroids. |
| What advice do you have for other women who are considering a boudoir session? | Dive in head first and go for it! Your body is strong and beautiful in a completely unique way, and you deserve to show it off a bit for yourself or the person you love. A super fun and relaxed atmosphere in Cassie’s studio will bring out the best in you! |
